Ruth (Sam) Rudd, Service Manager

Ruth graduated from Boone High School and worked for Ross Dress For Less for over 10 years as a sales associate, stockroom leader, customer service associate and cashier. Ruth’s love of photography then led her to a position as a camera/video repair shop customer service manager for over 13 years. While there, she studied to become a Certified Photographic consultant, which required great customer service. Ruth joined Cool-Rite as a service manager where she uses her previous customer service experience to complete all the vital day-to-day operations of the business, including client communication, appointment scheduling, parts ordering, parts delivery to job sites, invoice filing and customer outreach. Ruth is proud to be a part of the Cool-Rite team, which is a family owned and operated business founded in 2001. When not working, you will find Sam spending time with family and grandson, spoiling her Corgi, fishing, cooking, riding with Joe on his Harley, sewing projects for charities and friends, and a lot more.
